Archer Cowley customer feedback dated June 3rd 1892:

My transcription of this customer feedback is as follows:  “Worton(?) House, June 3rd 1892: By Mr(?) Archer’s request, I add this memorandum to say that the removal of my furniture etc(?) by them was managed very satisfactorily and without damage to Chairs(?) or other valuables. (signed) M.Winter.”

So this is just one of the many such customer feedback notes of this sort that I have seen, and a good many of which I believe I have available to me to put on this site as a record of the amazingly consistently good service provided by the old family firm. Of course there must have been some exceptions, and I am aware of one ‘case’ brought against the firm by a customer, which I am invesigating. (4.10.2017).
