Undated view of Oxford from roof of warehouse.

This view of this album page really conveys merely the generality of the page-content and needs analysis and comment to be of more value. The paper-cutting pasted alongside the photo does not seem to relate to the photo in any way, and is about the perennial problem of furniture stores that clients do not reliably remove their ‘effects’ as Dad (FGBA) used to call them, from the warehouse.  You would think that this might just lead to never-ending profitability from the storage-charges for the goods themselves, but apparently that was not how things worked.
