On 21st October 2006, I transcribed this text from Alfred George Archer and Olive Emma Reed's marriage licence.
The licence appears to be a very particular one which is applicable only to the Weleyan Chapel in Wells and is not valid in any Church of England church. Alfred George was, to tbe best of my knowledge, the first Archer in this family to become a Methodist, and this may well have been under the influence of Olive Emma Reed's family, which had very strong Methodist connections, including to the Wesleys themselves.
