Ann Archer Archer:

Ann Archer Archer is celebrated here for her amazing skills in appliqué needlework which created the bedspread which is still in the possession of the family and which is illustrated by the graphics in the following pages.

The red box identifies ‘bedspread Ann’ - whose surname was Archer and who also had ‘Archer’ as a first or christian name. The red box is not clickable but merely identifies Ann in the family tree so that you can see who she was in relation to the rest of the family. Please refer back to the ‘General Family Tree’ if you need to see the whole tree without a massive red arrow getting in the way. Thus Ann is the daughter of John Archer, brewer, 1770-1847, and his wife Mary, and the sister of John Archer, brewer, 1803-1881, who married Francis Leaver and had 13 children including Alfred George Archer, revenue officer, who married Olive Emma Reed.
